ATLANTA, Nov 10, 2004 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Rayovac (NYSE: ROV) Chairman and CEO David A. Jones will address the Lehman Brothers 2004 Small Cap Conference in Scottsdale, Arizona on Wednesday, November 17, 2004.

Lehman Brothers will provide a live audio webcast of Mr. Jones' presentation beginning at approximately 7:20 AM EST on Wednesday, November 17. Interested listeners may access the webcast via the Rayovac website, http://www.rayovac.com . The presentation will be archived through December 1.
