NEW YORK, April 26, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- HRG Group, Inc. ("HRG"; NYSE: HRG), a diversified holding company focused on owning businesses that it believes can, in the long term, generate sustainable free cash flow or attractive returns on investment, will hold an informational call to discuss its consolidated results for the quarterly period ending March 31, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. (EDT) on Monday, May 9, 2016. 

The conference call will be broadcast live and can be accessed by dialing 1.844.856.8663 (domestic) or 1.779.232.4737 (international) and entering passcode 79310346.  Interested parties should call at least ten (10) minutes prior to the call to register.  The Company will also provide an online Web simulcast of its conference call.  The Web simulcast will be available online by visiting http://www.HRGgroup.com under the Investor Relations section of the website.
